Endorphins are better than AI

I wonder how long it will be before we stop using the phrase AI?

It was similar with Blockchain where there is a new technology that can transform how things are done, and data can be stored, and it was in everywhere you looked – causing fear amongst those who didn’t understand it.

I reckon that was an 18-month cycle, but it was quite niche and technical so passed a lot of people by and is still talked about by technicians in the space.

AI is everywhere and more accessible so it will take longer.

I still give it 3 years tops.

We said the same during the Blockchain era. We aren’t electricians so we don’t talk about electricity when deciding how to run our advertising, but it is a pretty important element in everything we do. AI is going to be a pretty important element in everything we do –it isn’t something to be afraid of, it’s something to empower us. Just as electricity did and just as blockchain promised (bitcoin still going strong for those who have it, this week anyway!)

At Altair, we do still go into the office more than we don’t, we see each other more than we don’t and that matters. We bond over the free cake Tuesday (knowing that we probably shouldn’t eat cake every Tuesday!). The little random chats about weekends that lead to an impromptu demonstration of our abilities, or lack of, in doing push-ups gave a 5-minute break from planning amazing media for our clients, caused our hearts to raise a little, made us laugh and give us that endorphin burst that creates energy for the next bit of thinking.  

It is going to be a really interesting time in how to get the balance right and we are really excited to dive into both sides! The excitement about the newest developments in the agents we have been building for our clients and what it enables us to do, is only really exciting if you have people around you to get excited about it with!

Our endorphins are going to drive the AI to be the best it can be for us!
